did anyone had problems updating the 2 new releases of benz. 5.10 and maybach 5.10 release date December 26?

I checked for new updates today in my laptop and there were 2 the benz. and the maybach so I connected my maxisys

with the Ethernet cable press the update button and it showed the autel start logo with engine icon the button we press to go to the main list of car makes and it said version 1.27 with some kind of improvements. I am still not sure what this update is so when it finished I press the update again and it showed the benz and the maybach ready to be updated

so I pressed the button and waited for it to start but it did't it was saying update failed try again I pressed the button a few times but nothing I switched the tool off and try again later but it's still the same. what is happening it's a 3 month old jenuine autel maxisys
